Our first Diablo Lake Engagement Session.

I’ve been pretty much drooling over this place ever since seeing it in photos. I am so stoked that Tracie and Jerid were down for the adventure and North Cascade National Park for their session! Tracie and Jerid are easily some of the most laid back people I’ve ever met and we are so excited to shoot their wedding next year! It’s always super rad to have that affirmation that you have booked the perfect couple as well. That affirmation came when we grabbed some chipotle after their session. That said it all.

Here are some of our favorite photos from their session!

Lauren Staub | Just Go Shoot
HOLY MOLY! I AM SO EXCITED TO SHARE THIS SET OF PHOTOS WITH YOU GUYS! I met Lauren when we were planning a shoot that is coming up in a few weeks. When Nashville got nailed with snow this past week, my first thought, other than making snow ice cream, was to get out and shoot! Making myself get out and shoot is always a wonderful way to spark creativity and try new things as well as experiment. In this case, I focused on variations of different poses and composition to create a totally different photo without changing much at all.  My best advice to any photographer is pretty darn simple. Just go shoot. Whether it's paid or not or the 'perfec ...
Jason & Amanda | Fairlane Station Wedding & Day After Session
Dang. I am so excited to share this wedding and can't believe we were lucky enough to share this big day with Jason and Amanda at Fairlane Station!  I (Cody)  first met Jason through a variety of photography facebook groups last year.  We would talk about photography and life all together. I could instantly sense the kindness that Jason had for people and his sincerity. The way he talked about Amanda was a clear indicator of how crazy in love these two are. Later on down the road, Jason had approached me about the idea of mentoring him in photography. It was an honor to get to work with Jason and help him and Amanda grow their business. So, w ...
Chelsea & Jeremiah | Chattanooga Wedding Photographer
Chattanooga Wedding Photographer.  When we originally met Chelsea, she was planning her wedding for early spring of this year. As fate so had it, we received a text from Chelsea saying that the wedding was having to be moved to December 27th, 2016 due to scheduling with the military. Which was just a few weeks away. Obviously, we were available and were so excited how the change of plans worked out. Even down to the day of the wedding, the locations for a good bulk of these photos was completely changed. It basically rained the entire morning. Instead of going out to the original venue that was filled with beautiful areas to shoot around, ...
