When Lindsey and Jeff first reached out about shooting their wedding, there was this instant connection between all of us. Not only did we bond over a lot of the day to day interests, sense of humor and other worldly things, but we also had the chance to bond over some of deeper aspects of life. It was actually during a short trip to Chicago last winter, just months before their wedding, that we got to meet up with Lindsey and Jeff for dinner. What had planned to be a quick meet up just to get acquainted and comfortable had turned out to be several hours of just talking about life, the struggles we’ve encountered as well as the things in life that drive and inspire us.

The wedding day, along with all of the guests, was a direct reflection of the experience we had had with Lindsey and Jeff thus far. The entire day was filled with joy, laughter, tears and an unspeakable presence that many of us don’t encounter on a daily basis. It’s not often that you just get to run around in the street with two people without any inhibition and just live in those moments. We’re so thankful we had the opportunity to capture this day and for crossing paths with these incredible people!
